Information you choose to send
Contact forms collect your name, email, subject and message. Music submissions also collect your artist name, submission type, genre, optional location and listening links. These details are saved in a private owner inbox and may be emailed to the owner once mail delivery is connected. They are not published on the website.
Why we use it
We use your details to review and respond to your enquiry or music submission, protect the website from abuse, and maintain the service. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and running the website; where a discussion leads to a contract, related processing may be necessary for that contract. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and external media
The hosting provider processes site traffic and stores website data. A configured mail provider handles notification emails. YouTube and Twitch receive information such as your IP address and may use cookies when you choose to load their embedded players. Media preferences can be changed in . Clicking an external link takes you to that provider’s own website and policies.
Official YouTube video metadata and thumbnails may be retrieved by our server and cached locally. Video playback stays on YouTube. Twitch live-status checks are made server-side when configured. We do not receive your YouTube or Twitch password.
Retention and security
Enquiries and music submissions are normally removed from the website after 180 days by the maintenance task, unless the owner makes a separate record for an ongoing discussion. Owner-exported copies, emails and hosting backups must be managed separately. Short-lived anti-abuse records use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. Hosting access logs are governed by the hosting account’s settings.
Private inbox data and account secrets are kept outside the public website directory. Administrator access is password-protected. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and portability where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords or private credentials through the forms.
Provider policies: Google / YouTube privacy and Twitch privacy.
