Essential website storage
The bnr_session session cookie supports form security, temporary success/error messages and the owner’s signed-in session. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure on the HTTPS installation. It expires when the browser session ends.
Your media preferences
The browser may store your YouTube and Twitch preferences under bnr_media_v1 in local storage. Preferences expire after 180 days. This is only saved when you choose your media settings, and it is not an advertising or analytics identifier.
YouTube and Twitch
Players and chat are not loaded until you request them or have previously allowed that provider. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced player domain, but loading or using it still connects your browser to Google. Twitch players and chat connect to Twitch and its services. Their own cookies and policies apply.
Thumbnails are served from this website’s local cache or local fallback artwork. No external tracking scripts or analytics are included in this build. External links work without enabling players.
